What these sources can prove
Official links are a start, not a finding that a city would work.
Each claim should point to the public body responsible for the law, record, service, or institution. Residents should be able to see who published it, when it was checked, what it supports, and what it does not.
Important information is still missing. There is no property-by-property boundary, official service review for this proposal, audited financial plan, tax or public-property allocation, infrastructure condition review, worker analysis, environmental review, poll, legal opinion, application, agency correspondence, or official decision.
Laws, page titles, and links can change. Before anyone relies on a claim, the complete current document and its effective date should be checked. Questions of law, finance, engineering, safety, or public service also need review by the responsible agency or a qualified independent professional.
